I Will be Out the Next Two Days...

I am fortunate enough to be able to attend a few workshops on my favorite instructional model,  Project Based Learning, over the next couple of days.  I hope to come back with some really good ideas to implement in the classroom. 

 

Usually I'm not so thrilled by stuff like this, but I am PUMPED about this opportunity.

100%-ers:  None

Mean:  72%     Median:  76%

Math II

100%-ers:  Ghoulia

A's: 11, B's: 12, C's: 2, D's: 0,  F's: 1

Ghoulia...

Ok..I know this is random, but as everyone already knows, I refer to Julia as 'Ghoulia'.  The reason for this is due to my daughter Brooklyn's obsession with all things Monster High (Ghoulia Yelps is a character). Well, today as I was typing Ghoulia's name as being the only student to get 100% (great job, btw)on the Unit Test, it dawned on me how similar the Hayes Intermediate Julia is to the Monster High  Ghoulia.

 

According to her wiki page---Ghoulia Yelps is a zombie. She is the cleverest and most sophisticated girl at Monster High,
