WOW!!! I have no time at all...I feel like this cat...
Here's my brief recap.
Science:
We learned about inferences and what the difference is between observations and inferences. Students worked on 10 statement assignment where they had to identify whether the said statement was a inference or an observation.
Writing:
Students rewrote there paragraphs on index cards. We talked about tomorrow's wordstudy test.
Math I:
We took a quiz over Investigation 1 in Prime Time.
Math II:
We talked about odd and even numbers and what conjectures are. We then made conjectures about even and odd numbers. We started working on p.30-31 #'s 16. These aren't due until 9/11. We will do these in class 95% of the class will not need to do these for homework.
Also, we solved a lateral thinking puzzle....Parents, see if you can solve it?
Mr. Morgan put a coin in a bottle and then stopped the
opening with a cork. How can you get the coin out of the bottle without pulling
out the cork or breaking the bottle?
How'd you do?
Was it....

or was it...
100-point clue:
OK...so the first one we did (yesterday) was easy. Now, it's time to turn it up the difficulty level.
Clue: Find this canvas of the chatty.
