Fast Post Thursday

This will hopefully be the beginning of 'Fast Post Thursdays".   Considering that I have to get my daughter Brooklyn up to Columbus Dance Academy in Powell every Thursday by 5:00, I'm gonna have to post quickly, briefly and hap-hazardly.

Science:
Did a mini-lab on water tension
We talked about the 5 process skills in Science:  Observation, Classification, Measurement, Inferencing, and Predicting.  Assignment:  I gave all the students a plastic bag in which to collect 5-10 small items from home, that we can classify.  These items are to be small and cheap (think buttons, paper clips, etc.).  All items should be different.
